Which payment methods do you support?

What happens when my license expires?
Your site will run normally. But all the premium features will not be available, support and updates will be cut off.
Do you charge automatically for the renewal?
Yes. However, you can cancel the subscription at any time if you like within your active subscription period.
What do updates include?
Updates include new features, improved features, security update, performance enhancements, and bug fixes.
What does support cover?
Support covers theme setup, trouble using any features, bug fixes and simple CSS customizations. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for modifications or 3rd party plugins integrations and server management.
How can I get premium support?
You can get support through the Contact Us form under the Kenta page of the WP Dashboard. Our developer will get back to you from few minutes to 24 hours time (workdays). We provide support in weekends as well for premium users only.
What is your refund policy?
