Wherever we mention “KentaTheme”, “Kenta”, “we”, “our” or “us“ in these Terms we are referring to the KentaTheme.com website and any services, features, content, or applications offered, even only from time to time, by KentaTheme.com in connection with the KentaTheme.com website.

By purchasing a subscription to Kenta Theme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions described below.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kenta Theme, Sottify LLC, or any affiliated licensors, partners, or suppliers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, profit, or business interruption) resulting from the use of or inability to use the website or related products, even if Kenta Theme or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damages. Jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability may not be subject to the above limitations.
Content Accuracy and Revisions
The materials presented on the Kenta Theme website may contain typographical, technical, or visual inaccuracies. Kenta Theme makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or currentness of the content provided. All content is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Kenta Theme is under no obligation to update the materials.
Technical Support & Warranty
We provide technical support for all our products during the validity period of your license. Support is limited to issues directly related to Kenta Theme products.
Our products are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress. We reserve the rights to reject support requests for problems that occur after product files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.
We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or compatible with all third-party themes and plugins.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the website, products, or services:
- For any unlawful purpose or activity.
- To infringe on or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
- To interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of our website or services.
- To sublicense, resell, or redistribute Our plugin/theme without prior written consent.
Termination of License
We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to services without notice if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software and access updates or support will immediately cease.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sottify LLC from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the products or violation of these terms.
Product License
All WordPress themes / plugins are licensed under the GNU general public license v3 (GPLv3). This is the sole governing license for all code-based components unless explicitly stated otherwise. Please check your “readme.txt” in your theme / plugin folder for more detail after you download it.
License key updates
Kenta Theme provides a license key when you purchase WordPress themes or plugins from Kenta Theme. You will need valid and active license key to get support and automatic updates.
Product Subscription
All of our premium themes come with an initial 1-year subscription. This means that you can download the updates until a year of purchase date. However, after one year, you will have to renew your subscription for the new updates and premium features. But, this subscription has nothing to do with the uses of the theme to your website. You can use it on your site as long as you want it without renewing your subscription.

You will be able to download product zip from your account. and you can also view the appropriate download and installation instructions on the documentation page.
Product Updates
Product updates are available only to active members who have made an individual theme purchase. When you purchase our premium theme, it comes with 1 year of theme subscription.
Our products are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress. Please ensure that you always use the most current version of our products.
Product Subscription Renewal
All of our premium products come with 1-year auto renewal subscription. The subscription is optional, you can cancel auto renewal at any time, but, we recommend you to get it renewed if you want to get updates and keep premium features on the theme.
Product Compatibility
Our products are developed and fine-tuned for the latest WordPress version. Any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality. The minimal requirement for our themes is the same as WordPress:
- PHP version 7.4 or greater.
- MySQL version 5.7 or greater OR MariaDB version 10.3 or greater.

Price Changes
Kenta Theme reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
